Ordering a RID service
The steps
A smart way to improve how people view and engage with your screen content in public spaces.
Getting started with 2b Acting’s RID service is easy:
1. Request an Order Form
Use this site to select the RID service you require and submit an Order Form request. We will then send you by email a link to access the RID Order Form for you to upload your video along with your setup preferences (listed on the Order Form - e.g. What type of interactive Tags you want in your RID (Information Boxes, Links and Feedback buttons) and where they should appear in the playing video on the mobile devices.
2. We Do the Setup
We’ll configure your RID using your order form information. We will then provide you with three links:- One to display the RID on your large screen
- One to allow you to control the RID remotely
- One for viewers to connect to the RID with their mobile devices
After payment you will be free to use the RID
3. Track Engagement
Following final payment you’ll be sent your link to access the RID portal on InView, where you can view the QR codes for your links, make minor modifications to your RID, see the number of viewers that connects and read any feedback shared.
Setup
There’s a simple one-time setup fee. Payment is via Paypal invoice which will be sent when the 24 hour review period starts. After payment your RID will be active for one month, and you can keep using it for longer by renewing your InView membership.

When included in your package you can allow viewers to download your video or slide pack any time during play back to their mobie device. No need to send them at a later date or for them to take snapshots of the display. - Changes

However, you can use the order form to make changes to the submitted information any time before you receiving the email telling you that your RID is ready. The number of changes allowed is determined by the selected package.
