How to Use the RID Service

Getting started with 2b Acting’s RID service is easy:

1. Use the Order Form and Send Us Your Content
Just provide your video or presentation slides along with your preferences (listed on the order form).

2. We Do the Setup
We’ll configure your RID and send you three links with QR codes:

• One to display the video on your large screen
• One to allow you to control the large screen display remotely
• One for viewers to connect to the large screen with their mobile devices

3. Track Engagement
You’ll get access to the RID portal on InView, where you can see how many people watched and read any feedback they’ve shared.
There’s a simple one-time setup fee. Once active, your RID will run for one month, and you can keep it going by renewing your InView membership.
